The uncapping roll is drawn back and forth over the wax comb with a light pressure. Hereby the conical points on the plastic discs are pressed into the wax cells and these are opened. The wax cells are not damaged. A wax comb is uncapped in a few seconds. The width on the uncapping roll is 110 mm.
